Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Ship It Back

Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
